Sudha Sarin is a seasoned communications professional with over two decades of experience in managing strategic communications for organisations. She is responsible for lead generation, opportunity creation,corporate communications, customer marketing, creative services and marketing operations at Power2SME.   Before joining Power2SME, she has been Managing Director, Public Affairs–IPAN & Knowlton India, CEO at Good Relations India and COO/Senior Partner at Ketchum Sampark.  Sudha has a Masters degree in English Literature from Miranda House College, Delhi University and a diploma in Marketing and Strategic Planning. She was also a core team member in setting up the Women in Business Forum and a mentor with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and has helped build many brands. She has been Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and the Amity School of Marketing.

Shri Vikas Gupta, IAS (Haryana 2001) heads the newly formed Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of Haryana, in addition to being the Chief Executive Officer, Authority for Citizen Resources Information Depository and Member Secretary, 6th State Finance Commission. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Malviya National Institute of Technology and has done Masters in Public Policy from University of Oxford.
During the course of his illustrious career, he has served as the Director General, Swarana Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, Transport Commissioner, Chief Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP, formerly HUDA), Director, Urban Local Bodies and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, besides holding various other key positions. As a serving officer in the Indian Administrative Services, as a policy maker, he feels passionately about socially inclusive economic development. He is committed to the holistic development of MSMEs from Haryana to strengthen their position in the national and international markets.

Member of the Working Committee Constituted by Ministry of MSMEs, Govt. of India, to review and recommend changes in the MSME Development Act 2006. Member of the Governing Body of Quality Council of India (QCI). Mr. Rajiv Chawla was Director (Independent) on the Board of The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC) for six years 2010-16.

Launched Mission 100+ and Mission 5X. Mission 100+ aims to bring 100 SMEs to 100 Crore Mark within 2 years. Mission 5X adopts MSMEs and helps them become 5 Times within 2 Years. Both programs have been developed with a vision showcase the high potential of the SME Sector and add a wealth of Rs.20,000 crore for the country within 2 years.
