He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

She has leveraged her extensive hands-on strategic supply chain experience to lead a number of successful consulting engagements for purchase, stores, quality, production, ERP ,HR .Helping clients with procurement strategies, cost reduction, Reorder level, vendor development, purchase analysis, Inventory management , stores management, Quality & Productivity improvement, material consumption analysis . She is an expert in providing strategic guidance on ERP  across the ERP life-cycle.

She is able to provide clients with a very comprehensive approach – from strategy to delivery – having worked across R&D, Sales, ERP, Purchase. Her focus is on providing a best-in-class framework for procurement, vendor performance, ERP, Operations providing clients with the ability to appropriately target and engage vendors cost effectively with cost reduction, inventory reduction targets.

She was Core Team Member for Materials Management modules OF SAP R/3, where she implemented a full Materials  management business transformation at Rishbh Instruments Pvt Ltd , Nasik. She has also held ERP Professional positions at Alok Industries Pvt Ltd, Mumbai largest Textile company, where she handled Sales strategic development, including the post implementation support on optimization of Business Processes through SAP. Worked with Tata Motors , Pune in Electronics Research Center.
