Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

Dr Rajendra K Sinha is an enterprising leader & planner with 30+ years of extensive experience with State Bank Group including Top Executive assignments in SME, and Industry Studies. He holds a Ph.D. (Business Administration), PGDM (International Management), CAIIB, CIF, AMFI and Independent Director’s Databank Certification of  IICA.

He is Founder of MSMEadvisor.com with its vision as” Be the trusted leading Advisory Services & Solutions Provider for the sustainable growth of MSMEs & Industries”. He is on the National Advisory Board of SME Chamber of India. He is member of MSME Forum of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

As Business Head-SME at SBI’s Mumbai Circle, he spearheaded the largest portfolio amongst all Circles. As Industries Studies Vertical Head at SBI Corporate Centre, he headed the team for tracking 37 Industries in SBI’s credit portfolio and issuing advisories for the operational functionaries of Corporate Account Group, Mid-corporate Group handling ticket size Rs 500 Cr above and Rs 50 Cr above respectively, besides Retail Network branches. He was a member of the Credit Committee for Mid-Corporate Group, Pune.

He was Founder Secretary, Advisory Council on Training & Research in SBI at State Bank Academy. He has published over 60+ Papers / Articles in reputed Journals/ Magazines. He is Professor & Chairperson, Centre of Excellence in Banking at Jagdish Sheth School of Management (the 6^th AACSB accredited B-School in India & the only B-School from India in World University QS Global Masters in Marketing +51 and Masters in Finance +101 Rankings 2021). He conceptualized & successfully executed the “MSME Financing” course.

Mr. Aakash Jain is the Director with CARE Ratings Limited. His domain is Corporate Ratings, SME
Ratings, BFSI Ratings and Grading. He is currently heading for BFSI business for Maharashtra, Karnataka,
Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan. He was earlier heading South India business(SME &
Corporate Ratings) for CARE Ratings. He also looks after strategic tie-ups & initiative of CARE Ratings.
Born on June 21 st , he is from Commerce background & has done Diploma in Cyber Laws & is certified
Cyber Crime Investigator. He has also done certification from Indian Institute of Management,
Bangalore. Having joined CARE in the year 2013, he has overall experience of more than 12 years in
Banking, Insurance & Rating industry.
He has done various Knowledge Sharing Forums & training programs for bankers, MSMEs & Corporates.
He has been Speaker at various platforms organized by banks, financial institutions, education institutes,
MSMEs etc. He has closely worked with MSME-Di & other MSME promoting government & private
agencies on MSMEs upliftment etc.
Having keen interest in academics, he conducts regular guest lectures / training programs in various
institutes and other platform in India for the benefit of students, MSMEs, banks etc. During his leisure
time, he loves traveling, exploring places etc.
