Yashesh has over 13 years of tax and regulatory experience as well as in M&A, group restructuring, inbound and outbound investment structuring, transaction structuring, due diligence, fund and structuring, tax modelling and negotiations, wealth and estate planning. Prior to this, he was a part of various Big 4 firms PwC and EY. Yashesh has authored / co-authored various articles on tax, regulatory and transaction aspects. Yashesh is a TiE Charter Member and also, strategic advisor with MSME Business Forum.

Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

Today his Greenpill Group of Companies has completed more than 400 MW of solar Power projects across India and serving clients like L&T, TATA, Mahindra, Jackson, Government of Gujarat etc., With these they have diversified in other sectors like water infrastructure, waste decomposition system, IOT infrastructure, Road Infrastructure in Government and private sector across India.

In Year 2021 they opened new subsidiary to enter EV opportunity. In EV We have launched our own brand “Onecharge”. We are building whole EV ecosystem with our EV AC-DC Fast chargers, EV lithium batteries , EV accessories etc., Our vision is to build “Onecharge” one of the leading EV brand across India.
