Rahul is a passionate Human Resources professional and has spent a good nineteen years of his experience (total over twenty one years) in the training and consulting fields. He is an Executive/ Transformational Coach and a specialist in the area of people behavior and performance. A Delhi School of Economics 2000 alumnus (MBA – HR), Rahul joined the IT sector (TCS) in its high growth phase and headed Talent Acquisition for TCS North India before the call for doing something different made him step into the people development space. During these years, he has experienced a complete range of program design and delivery, with programs and interventions ranging from purely motivational to highly competency driven. He has worked with varied organizations (such as TCS, Genesis Burson Marsteller and Nucleus Software), consulting companies (FITTI, Chrysalis HRD, Prolife, Vyaktitva, G-Cube) including a stint of self employment. In a corporate role, Rahul was the Head of Global Talent and Leadership Development at Nucleus Software (a software products company in BFSI space).

Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

Strategic Adviser to Govt. & Industry

Anupam Kaul is a national level expert on Quality and Standards and currently acts as a strategic adviser to government and industry. He was the lead on standards, quality management, laboratory management, risk management at the Confederation of Indian Industry. In a career spanning more than 40 years in industrial quality control, standards development, conformity assessment, accreditation, both at national and international level, he has contributed significantly in determining policy measures on positioning standards and conformity assessment as a driver for economic growth and trade. He developed the Indian National Strategy for Standardization that was adopted and released by the Government and now serves as the most referred document in the standards development domain. He has authored several policy drafts on national technical regulations that are in different stages of development. He chairs two National Standards Committee at BIS on Quality Management Systems and Basic Service Standards, a member of several other national and international standards committees, and a member of Global Impartiality Stakeholders Network of the British Standards Institute. He works for the United Nations as a Senior Assessor in the Clean Developemnt Mechanism programme. He speaks extensively on issues pertaining to quality in trade, mutual recognitions, technical regulations, and quality infrastructure and has published several papers.
