Dev P Goel an Electrical Engineer from Delhi started his career as a sales engineer in 1970 and rose to the level of Regional Manager North in the same Co. In 1986 he started his new innings as an entrepreneur & ventured into marketing of electrical switchgear. Meeting people has been his passion in life. From marketing, he converted to manufacturing in the year 1995. Today he runs 3 factories with a strength of around 300 people. He attributes his strength to his people, suppliers & customers in addition to the plant & machinery. Winner of National award for MSME, he is recognised by PHD  Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an outstanding entrepreneur in the year 2016. He has also won various other awards including one from Times of India group & most famous international Philip Kotler award for marketing. Caring for his people & their families, he is also actively involved in various social activities like tree plantation & upkeep of trees, his village development, NGO like Earth Saviour Foundation. He is the Co- Chair of MSME cell of PHDCCI, Chairperson of  AICOSMIA  MSME cell & is also an active member of Task Force for Revival of MSMEs.

Former CMD, NSIC & Director, External Affairs, Power2SME Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

Has worked with many multinational companies and  large Indian conglomerates including Torrent Pharma, Cable Corporation of India, Mahindra & Mahindra, SKF and RPG Group etc.

Substantial experience of managing indirect/ direct  costs and reduction of overheads by means of efficient vendor development and outsourcing resulting in considerable increase in productivity.

Has successfully established short- and long-term budgets and related corporate strategies for achievement of business targets; include key procurement strategies, contingency plans in perfect tuning and alignment  with business requirements

Has travelled extensively across the globe for vendor identification, supplier accreditation, negotiations and enhancing the vendor base etc.
