Pugal.T Associate Vice President of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, has 37 years of wide ranging experience in field of Accounts, Inventory, Statutory and Training.
During this stint have conducted over 300 GST domain sessions for various stakeholders like, Chartered Accountants, Tax Practitioner, Tally’s partner Eco-system, Customers varying from trading SME to manufacturing business. Created over 60 ‘Train the Trainers’ under his leadership. Also conducted ‘Faculty Development Programs’ for College professors and faculty across India.
With the introduction of VAT in UAE has conducted 3 Session for ICAI, Dubai and over 10 sessions for the eco-system in the Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Jebel Ali.
Prior to Tally, Pugal over the years, has successfully represented clients on Sales Tax and Income Tax cases and assessment. His manual Accounting and Finalization was core strength. He held top management position for Group Company in Finance, Accounts & Administration. During the short stint of his career was also involved in Sales & Marketing functions.
Pugal has handled Audit functions for over 10 years covering spectrum of businesses in Trading, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Professional, Services, Entertainment and Non-profit organizations.
Pugal has conducted over 150 ICAI chapter events on Tally’s statutory module and Audit tool till date.
His formal qualification is B. Com, from Bangalore University, Intermediate level in ICAI and Business management from I.B.M, Chennai.

Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure.

Hands-on and unruffled in any situation, that is Sri N.R. Jagadish, General Secretary of KASSIA, an engineer with over 25 years of experience as an Entrepreneur and the promoter of Janma Precisions.
From an early part of his entrepreneurial life, Sri Jagadish evinced keen interest inmentoring small entrepreneurs and motivating the youth to become job creatorsrather than work for someone else. Thus he went on to serve as Managing Council Member of the Peenya Industries Association (PIA) for over ten years and also headed many Panels. At KASSIA too, he has been a Council Member and served in various Panels for seven years. Apart from this, Sri Jagadish is also active in social life as a philanthropist and Rotary President, Assistant Governor and Director, and also is a part of the Hospital Development Committee of Peenya ESI Hospital, appointed by Government of India.
